The Zing turnout high neck is the new high-neck version of the popular Zing turnout rug. The zing high neck is made from 600 denier waterproof/breathable polyester ripstop fabric and has a 8oz/220g thermal filling. The zing high neck comes with rear leg straps, shoulder gussets, surcingles, twin front adjustable buckles and tail flap to ensure the rug gives a good fit.
